Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel an eligible recurring purchase or membership at any time before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.

After cancellation, access to membership benefits or recurring services will continue through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Completed purchases of books, guides, planners, workbooks, templates, collections, and other immediately accessible resources cannot be canceled once access or delivery has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
